Aisha & Rohan
A four-day heritage palace wedding built on genuine local craft, not an imported idea of what a "Rajasthani wedding" should look like.
The Brief
Aisha and Rohan wanted a wedding that felt authentically royal without feeling like a theme-park version of "Rajasthani wedding" — real craft and hospitality, not visual spectacle assembled purely for photographs.
Our Approach
Work with local artisans and the palace's own heritage rather than importing generic destination-wedding décor, and sequence the four days so each event had its own distinct mood rather than repeating the same aesthetic four times.
What We Did
- Sourced décor and florals from Rajasthani artisans directly, rather than a generic national vendor, keeping the craft genuinely local
- Designed each of the four events — Mehendi, Sangeet, Wedding, Reception — around a distinct color and mood palette, giving the week a narrative arc
- Managed logistics for 350 guests across multiple accommodation properties, including transport coordination between venues
- Worked within the palace's own heritage constraints — preservation rules, noise curfews — rather than treating them as obstacles to route around
The Celebration
A four-day celebration guests experienced as a genuine sequence of distinct moments, with the palace's own heritage as the actual design language rather than an imported theme laid on top of it.
